Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Sales Assistant Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and advancement.
We speicalize in AV equipment such as projectors digital signage for restaurants and retail stores and classroom electronics. If you have experience in these fields it is a plus.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and order information
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department
- Transcribe customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams for further action
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service
Skills:
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping
