Position Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle calls, emails, and messages, helping clients with quotes, scheduling, service questions, and resolving any concerns. Your goal? Deliver a smooth, stress-free moving experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

✅ Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and scheduling.

✅ Create and update customer records in our system.

✅ Resolve customer concerns professionally and empathetically.

✅ Coordinate with dispatchers, movers, and management to ensure seamless service.

✅ Follow up with customers after moves to ensure satisfaction.

✅ Handle billing or payment questions when necessary.

✅ Assist with preparing quotes and estimates.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles (moving industry a plus, but not required).

Excellent communication skills — verbal and written.

Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice-to-Have

Experience working in the moving, logistics, or transportation industry.

Bilingual skills (Spanish, etc.) are a plus.

Sales experience or comfort handling quotes and upselling services.
