Full Job Description:
We are looking for proven debt settlement "program closers" to work remote. Guide our prospective consumers who have applied directly for debt resolution options. We have 100's of inbound calls/leads coming in weekly. You would be responsible for speaking with 7 to 10 highly qualified debt settlement candidates daily through extremely high quality inbound calls. Building quick rapport and identifying their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
Build rapport and leverage customer relationships with existing and potential consumers with the goal of meeting customer needs. Analyze consumer specific situations and provide the appropriate solution by advising consumers as to the appropriate debt resolution. Excel in a fast-paced environment "from home" with the ability to multitask and follow up with multiple customers and work on multiple files each day.
Requirements:
Proficiency with computer programs
Experience working off of a robust CRM platform
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals
