Role Responsibilities:

Make 200+ calls daily to small and medium-sized businesses to introduce our funding solutions.

Engage energetically with potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing suitable funding options.

Utilize and enhance your knowledge of various commercial loans, including private equity and unique structuring options.

Navigate our CRM and other computer systems with proficiency, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately.

Ideal Candidate:

Energetic, young (at heart), and outgoing, with a passion for sales and customer service.

Capable of handling high outbound call volumes while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Eager to learn about the financial sector, specifically commercial lending products.

Computer savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

Requirements:

No specific education or experience is required, but a background in sales, customer service, or finance is a plus.

Must be self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Comfortable working in a startup environment, flexible to changes and growth.
