The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Experienced Outdoor Furniture Salesperson to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL.
This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll connect with customers, understand their needs, and help them design their dream outdoor spaces. You’ll be the expert guiding them through our premium collections while ensuring every experience feels personal, professional, and memorable.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Engaging with customers and building long-term relationships.
Understanding client needs and recommending the best outdoor furniture solutions.
Demonstrating strong product knowledge and design insight.
Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Maintaining showroom appearance and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Handling inquiries with exceptional customer service from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of outdoor furniture and accessories.
Retail Sales Experience: Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
Business Development Skills: Experience prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads.
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Customer Focus: A true passion for delivering outstanding service.
Sales-Driven: A track record of closing deals and exceeding expectations.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Local Flexibility: Able to work on-site in Pompano Beach and visit local clients as needed.
Experience: Minimum of two years in the furniture or design industry.
