Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Taking inbound calls and assessing client needs, providing appropriate health insurance solutions.
Providing accurate and timely information to customers.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to understand whether customers are satisfied with the service
AGENT MUST BE LICENSED IN THESE STATES: AL, AK, AR. AZ, DE, DE, FL, HI, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WV, WI, and WY.
