Longspur Insurance Agency is on a mission to empower our community with the best possible health insurance coverage. We're a rapidly growing agency expanding into a brand new Fort Lauderdale facility, and we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team!
The Role:
As a Health Insurance Agent, you'll be the friendly face connecting individuals and families with the right health plans. You'll play a vital role in their well-being by providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance.
Responsibilities:
Become a Licensed Agent: We'll provide comprehensive training to help you obtain your health insurance license (required within 3 months).
Be a Master Communicator: Confidently connect with potential clients over the phone, understand their needs, and present tailored health insurance options.
Embrace Technology: Become proficient in our user-friendly software to efficiently enroll clients in their chosen plans.
