Job Description:
As a Health Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
Selling health insurance plans to potential clients through inbound and outbound calls
Assisting customers in finding the right insurance plan to meet their needs
Managing a pipeline of leads and ensuring follow-up on opportunities
Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team goals
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive relationship with clients
Utilizing marketing resources and product knowledge to drive sales
Ensuring compliance with all federal and state insurance regulations
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience (preferably in call centers, health insurance, or similar industries)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn commission and bonuses
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred but not required)
