Responsibilities:
Handle ONLY inbound calls from interested prospects
Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and recommend suitable policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
Collaborate with a fast-paced, high-performing team
Requirements:
MUST HAVE 2 years minimum Phone Sales Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor. (Bilingual is not required, but is extremely beneficial)
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Computer Literate
Ready to grow personally and professionally
Teachable, willingness to learn
