Position Overview:
As an Insurance Broker, you will help clients find the best insurance products to meet their needs. You’ll build strong relationships, analyze coverage options, and guide clients through the selection process with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify client insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Present coverage options and clearly explain policy terms
Process applications, renewals, and policy changes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and regulations
Meet sales targets while ensuring compliance and ethical practices
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance sales or brokerage preferred
Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient with CRM software and basic office tools
