Seeking licensed insurance agents to work in our Boca Raton office to enroll seniors into Medicare Advantage plans and other senior ancillary products. This is a year-round full-time position focusing on the T65 market (turning 65) and open enrollment during the yearly AEP (October 1st – December 15th).
Primarily looking for agents NEW to Medicare Advantage sales (meaning you have never been contracted or appointed with any carriers to sell Medicare products). Medicare Advantage sales experience or knowledge is a plus, as long as you have never been contracted & appointed. Other requirements are:
1. Must have experience working as an agent in a call center sales environment.
3. Must have experience with dialer platforms and CRM applications.
4. Must be licensed in multiple States other than Florida (the company will pay for additional licenses for the right people, but it’s a plus if you're currently licensed in multiple States).
This is a full time in office position from 10am – 6pm Monday through Thursday and 10am – 5pm on Friday.
We provide unlimited live transfer leads throughout the day for our agents. These are filtered high quality calls from seniors looking to enroll (T65), or change their current plan (during AEP).
We offer a $500 base pay plus $60 per senior enrolled, paid WEEKLY every Friday! Weekly & Daily Spiffs! Good agents will earn $2,000+ per week…Great agents can earn $3,000+ per week
