Job Overview
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll guide individuals and families through the enrollment process, helping them select the best health insurance plans based on their needs.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking health insurance coverage
Provide personalized consultations, build trust, and ensure clients are confident in their plan choices
Explain policy options clearly, always putting the client’s needs first
Stay compliant with Health Insurance regulations and documentation requirements
Close the sale and celebrate your success—every policy puts more money in your pocket
Requirements
Proven Insurance Sales experience
Active FL 215 or 240 Insurance LicenseFFM Certification (current)
Florida/Georgia Access Certification
Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
