As a Broker, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, advising clients on investment opportunities, and ensuring compliance with securities law. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, negotiation prowess, and the ability to conduct thorough research.
Daily Routine:
Never stop dialing! 200-300 contacts a day! Will convert to 2 candidates!

We only want a certain type of broker for this position, aggressive, hungry, always willing to learn and expand!
Duties
Execute buy and sell orders for clients in various financial markets.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify investment opportunities.
Utilize Bloomberg and other financial software for market research and data analysis.
Negotiate terms of trades and contracts on behalf of clients.
Stay informed about market trends, economic news, and changes in securities law.
Perform risk analysis to assess potential investment risks and returns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
Provide clients with updates on their investments and market conditions.
Experience
Proven experience in a brokerage or financial services environment is preferred.
Experience is NOT needed.
Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Simple math like percentage gains, explaining market movements.
Familiarity with risk analysis techniques and financial regulations.
Proficient in using financial software tools for trading and analysis.
Excellent research skills to stay ahead of market developments.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
