Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and online with part inquiries and purchases
Help identify the correct parts based on customer needs and equipment specifications
Provide pricing, availability, and technical information where possible
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain knowledge of inventory, including new, used, and hard-to-find parts
Track and follow up on special orders or backorders.
Work with the warehouse team to locate and organize parts
Maintain a clean and organized sales area
Support general store operations as needed
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Previous retail, sales, or marine experience
Interest in boating, marine systems, or mechanics
Basic computer skills (email, POS systems, inventory tools)
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge
Detail-oriented and organized
Physical ability to occasionally lift or move parts
