Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our client base and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on generating new business and maintaining existing accounts in the crime scene cleanup and regulated medical waste sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in law enforcement, healthcare, hospitality services, property management, and other relevant industries.

Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Solution Selling: Present tailored cleanup and waste management solutions that address client needs while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulations to identify opportunities and challenges.

Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM tools.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the waste management, environmental services, or emergency response industries.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build trust and rapport with clients in sensitive and emotionally charged situations.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DOT) is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
