Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated sales agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the estimates and helping quote each customer that comes in from our live incoming call flow. This role requires strong customer service skills, mental stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Pay: AVERAGE $1500 per week SUPER $3000+
20% of the total of deposits raised M-Sun
Pay is every week. First week being withheld.
You get $300 per week for your first 2 weeks training. After it becomes draw (you owe back) VERSUS commission not PLUS commission. Meaning if you need the $300 it’s now owed back to the house. You shouldn’t need to do this EVER. Just an option. We are team players and we have all started from rock bottom. This is your opportunity to change things for the better. Referral Bonus: $500 per person after they have been onboarded and stay for 30 days.

Sliding scale from 20% to 35%.
Chargebacks happen and those will be removed from your pay. Sell clean this won’t happen. Get to many chargebacks inside of a certain time frame you will be up for being “LET GO.”

Experienced Moving Brokers:
If you can sell fair honest and real then this is your spot. We are a broker not a carrier. Only looking for great clean moving hustlers. Our system is secure and you will be asked to sign a NDA along with federal it just Florida attorney drawn up contracts against fraud defamation or theft. We will pursue to the fullest extent against this type of behavior, we exterminate immediately. Do not show up with stories of other places don’t tell us about how great leads are elsewhere. We couldn’t care less about other companies books, leads, or brokers. Keep that negativity toxicity far away. If your experienced you should be raising no less than $4000-$5000 worth of bookings at minimum even during slow season if your not raising or have never raised over that number DO NOT APPLY.
DUTIES:
Being early is on time. We doc your salary & strip leads if you’re late. No work from home, our system only works from our office.
HOURS 10am-7pm
Monday thru Friday
30 min lunch and two 15 mins breaks for personal.
So technically it’s 9 hours minus one hour lunch.
Only break for bathroom, lunch, or emergencies.
Break to many times you will be tapped on the shoulder and asked to leave. DO NOT WASTE TIME.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the moving process.
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of furniture as needed.
Follow FMCSA protocols while handling each call.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office equipment used.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary. Can’t make the BIG bucks by staying in a BOX. No pun.
