This is a full-time on-site role for a Heavy Equipment Sales Rep at IronPower Industries in Hialeah, FL. The Sales Rep will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as contacting potential customers, demonstrating equipment features, negotiating sales contracts, and providing after-sales support and service.

Understanding of heavy construction equipment, including their specifications, features, and applications (Training will be provided for this step).
Sales Skills: strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and close deals (Training will be provided for this step).
Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, present product information, and follow up on leads.
CRM Software: ability to use CRM software to follow up on deals, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage sales pipelines (Training will be provided for this step).
Problem-Solving Skills: capacity to identify customer needs, offer solutions, and address any concerns or challenges (Training will be provided for this step).
Adaptability: flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, handle changing priorities, and adjust sales strategies as needed.
