Arise Motors is seeking a dependable and energetic Office Assistant & Sales Representative to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines administrative support with customer service and vehicle sales. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Greet customers and provide a welcoming first impression
Answer and route incoming calls and emails
Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing sales documents
Process vehicle paperwork (titles, registrations, and finance documents)
Maintain inventory records and update the CRM system
Sales Support Duties:
Assist walk-in and online customers with vehicle information
Schedule and coordinate test drives
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Help prepare sales contracts and finalize deals
Support the sales team in achieving monthly goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or office work is a plus
Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a bonus
