Location: South Florida (Multiple Territories) You can be located anywhere in Florida as long as you can make it to Plantation for 2 weeks of training
Compensation: $50,000 Base + Uncapped Residual Commissions + Bonuses

As we expand into the South Florida market, we are hiring outside sales professionals to lead our regional growth. This position could be available in your area as long as you are able to make training in Plantation Florida for a maximum of 1 -2 weeks.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Merchant Account Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience (required) and 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferred). This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, cold calling, and signing new merchants to our payment processing and equipment solutions. The ideal candidate is driven, professional, and enjoys building relationships with business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and cold call local businesses daily via phone, in-person visits, and social media (minimum 40–50 contacts per day)
Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and decision-makers to present our no-cost processing solutions
Attend networking events, trade shows, lead groups, and engage with referral partners (chambers of commerce, VARs, etc.)
Build long-term client relationships through a consultative sales approach
Maintain a full pipeline of prospects and update CRM with all activity and notes
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and revenue targets
Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and customer experience
Qualifications
2+ years of outside sales experience (required)
2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred)
Proven ability to cold call, close deals, and build relationships with business owners
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Reliable transportation and a polished, presentable appearance
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000 annual base salary
Uncapped monthly commissions on closed deals and residual income from active accounts
Monthly bonuses based on equipment sales, processing volume, and office performance
First-year earning potential: $70,000–$110,000+
