Your Role
As a Retail Sales & Design Consultant, you’ll be the creative guide our customers need to make their homes extraordinary. From selecting the perfect fabric for reupholstering a vintage chair to brainstorming drapery solutions that turn windows into works of art, you’ll make visions a reality.
What You’ll Do:
Be a Fabric Expert: Help customers navigate our expansive selection of designer fabrics to find the perfect match for their projects.
Design Solutions: Collaborate with customers on everything from fabric pairings to room transformations. Offer design expertise to make their dreams a reality.
Sales Rockstar: Meet and exceed sales goals by providing outstanding customer service and sharing your passion for design.
Build Relationships: Create long-term connections with customers by offering personalized service that keeps them coming back for more.
Stay in the Know: Keep up with the latest design trends and product knowledge to inspire and educate customers.
Team Player: Work with your colleagues to ensure the store looks fabulous and runs smoothly.

Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales and customer service
TEAM PLAYER
Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to conduct product demonstrations and upselling
Familiarity with retail math and merchandising techniques
Bilingual English and Spanish
Multilingual abilities and experience in high-end sales are advantageous

Pay: $18.04 - $18.86 per hour
