We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service and Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales inquiries, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. This is a remote job that involves working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture leads and close sales.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service and/or inside sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools Comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
