Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:
-Sales Associates are responsible for greeting consumers upon arrival and informing them of our current sales campaign. You must obtain contact information from customers who may be potential leads. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects for new customers (regularly follow up via text, phone calls, and emails about specials, promotions, and new items).
-Sales Associates assist customers in finding the furniture they require, answer any questions they may have, and offer product information.
-Check up with your customer after the order has been delivered to ensure that everything has been delivered and that the consumer is satisfied with the transaction. Request a review! Ask for reviews from Yelp, Google, and Reviews for Items on our website Please keep in mind that you will receive a bonus for each review you obtain.
-Keep customers well informed about orders and any status changes; update notes on customer sales to keep sales associates informed, as needed. .
-Staying Up to Date with Product Information: Sales Associates are responsible for staying up to date with product information, including new furniture arrivals and features.
- Sales Associates are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Skills:
- Bilingual is a PLUS (Spanish, English)
- Offer Up Experience is a PLUS
- Experience in Furniture sales is a plus
