EverPrint (www.everprint.com) is seeking a Sales Recruiter & Team Managerto help us expand our B2B sales force. This is a base + commission rolewhere you will recruit, train, and manage a team of commission-based sales representatives selling promotional products, branded apparel, and marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and hire commission-based sales reps
Provide onboarding, HR support, and training programs
Lead, coach, and motivate sales reps to meet sales targets
Manage team performance, compliance, and reporting
Develop sales strategies to grow revenue across multiple industries
Earn commission overrides in addition to base pay

Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting, HR, or sales management(sales recruiting strongly preferred)
Previous sales leadership or outside salesexperience a plus
Strong organizational, training, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and people management abilities
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage a commission-driven team
Comfortable working with a base + commission compensation model
