Sales Representative - Patagonia Motorcycles
Location: North Miami Beach, Florida
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Commissions
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Maintenance and Assistance:
Assist in transferring motorcycles from the warehouse to the showroom floor upon arrival.
Keep the showroom organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
Lead Management:
Regularly monitor DX1 Leads and promptly respond to inquiries with accurate and helpful information.
Client Engagement:
Greet and assist clients in the showroom, providing detailed product information and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Answer incoming calls from prospective buyers through Grasshopper, addressing their questions and providing support.
Sales Operations:
Generate and send invoices for confirmed sales, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Apply effective sales techniques to promote motorcycles and boost sales performance.
Sales Performance:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by actively engaging with customers and closing deals.
Foster a positive customer experience to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and accuracy in task completion.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
