Sales Representative – Full-Time
Location: Near Cutler Bay – 11950 SW 222 St, Miami, FL 33170
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $16 per hour + uncapped commission
Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation, taken at the end of the year plus most paid holidays

As we continue to expand, we seek a driven Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our customer base through strong relationships and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming sales inquiries and actively generate new leads
Provide expert product knowledge and help customers select the best solutions for their needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Prepare and manage quotes, invoices, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency
Work closely with production and service teams to ensure smooth order processing
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups to close sales
Qualifications & Skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
Proven sales experience (5+ years preferred), preferably in trailer sales, automotive, or B2B sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Familiarity with CRM systems, invoicing, and quoting processes
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and deliver excellent customer service
