Sales/Customer Service Rep
Usual Salary Range: 60k-100k
Job Duties-
Calling existing customers and upgrading service to produce a sale. Initiate and manage phone calls to existing customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and present additional products or services.
Gathering basic customer information to be able to send them a quote via email.
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
You will call and introduce the customer to the new phone plan, send the plan via email, and your manager will follow up and close the sale.
Leads provided by manager.
Qualifications-
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software. (You do not have to proficient in CRM as we will train)
This will require someone who has customer service skills, computer skills, and can work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Punctuality and dependability a must!
We do not require any sales experience since this position is more customer service oriented.
