Are you passionate about sales and commissions in the Moving Services Industry? We’re seeking a qualified and experienced sales representative to help sell the services that our customers rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our services in a compelling way.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: High compensation, commission based
Schedule:
-9 hours shift
-Monday through Friday, day shift
-Weekends as needed
Education & Experience:
-High school or equivalent (Preferred)
-Call Center experience (Preferred)
-2 years experience in the long distance Moving Industry (Required)
-Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
-Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Work Location: WFH
Roles and Responsibilities
-Respond, manage, and close leads; achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas terms and conditions.
-Manage, develop, and close leads provided by our inhouse department and outbound calls.
-Provide the customer an estimate that reflects and respects prices, dates, and moving distance.
-Consistent performance when following up and applying the correct procedures given in training.
-Follow the step-by-step script, rebuttals, and calculations given in training.
