Employment Type: $13 Hourly + 20-40% Commission on sales.

At Majesty Day Spa, we specialize in providing holistic wellness services to improve both physical and mental well-being. We are expanding our corporate wellness programs and are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive Assistant to help grow our program through face to face marketing and outreach.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing and driven Sales and Marketing Executive Assistant with a strong focus on off location marketing and sales outreach. You will represent our brand by attending local events, meeting with business owners, and building partnerships with companies to promote our wellness programs. This role requires an energetic and personable individual who enjoys networking and connecting with people. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, coordinating marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a passion for wellness and health.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend local business events, expos, and networking meetings to promote our wellness services and programs.
Conduct outside sales visits to local businesses, fostering relationships with decision-makers and pitching wellness packages.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our wellness services.
Drive sales by nurturing leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
Coordinate marketing efforts across multiple platforms (email, social media, events).
Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Track performance metrics and provide reports on sales and marketing activities.
Support daily operations, including scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the wellness, spa, or health industry.
Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools (CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management).
High level of organizational skills, attention to detail & time management.
Must be comfortable working on an hourly + commission basis.
Ability to attend multiple events weekly, with reliable transportation.
Compensation: You can average with hourly & commission a minimum of $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience & sales)
Hourly rate: $13/hr
Commission: Earn commission on all sales, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. 20-30% commission.
