About the Role
We’re hiring a motivated Upsell Specialist to join our growing Local SEO sales team in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
This is an in-office opportunity working with warm, pre-qualified clients—no cold calling. You’ll meet with small and medium-sized business owners who are already enrolled in our marketing program and help them upgrade into higher-value Local SEO and voice-search visibility campaigns.
Our upsell process is proven and structured. Reps consistently close 45%+ of scheduled appointments, with set meetings every hour, full support, and training provided.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled upsell appointments with new or existing clients (no cold calls).
Educate clients on the value of Local SEO, Google, Alexa, and voice-search optimization.
Use a consultative approach to identify needs and present logical upgrade solutions.
Close deals confidently while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Track activity and results through our CRM system.
Participate in weekly team meetings, skill-building sessions, and bonus contests.
What We’re Looking For
Experienced sales closer with phone or inside-sales experience (B2B preferred).
Driven, hungry, and self-motivated to earn at the highest level.
Coachable, dependable, and consistent in follow-through.
Strong communicator with consultative selling style and integrity.
