Your journey with us starts with a probationary period in the first two weeks (no pay), in addition to acquiring 2 listings within those 2 weeks to be considered; followed by 8-10 weeks of intensive training. Subsequently, your earnings shift to a 100% commission structure based on your sales performance.

- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow brokers to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, showcasing success in outside sales.
- Fluency in Spanish is a valuable asset.
