Position Overview
Appointment Setter Responsibilities
Reach out to warm leads via phone, email, and text.
Qualify potential clients and schedule consultations with our wellness experts.
Build rapport with prospects by showcasing empathy and understanding of their wellness goals.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM.
Closer Responsibilities
Conduct consultations with pre-qualified leads to close sales of our wellness programs and products.
Educate prospects about the benefits of our services, including peptide therapy, hormone health, and weight loss solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional client care.
Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting (preferably in wellness or health industries).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for health, wellness, and empowering women.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines is a plus.
