Job Summary:
As an experienced Nail Technician, you will provide professional nail care services to our diverse clientele, ensuring every client leaves feeling pampered and confident. You will perform various nail treatments, stay updated with the latest trends and techniques, and maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
Nail Care Services:
Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, gel nails, acrylic nails, and nail art.
Offer hand, foot, and nail treatments designed to improve the health and appearance of nails.
Provide customized advice on nail care and maintenance.
Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client’s needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits.
Handle client concerns and feedback with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Hygiene & Safety:
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with salon safety standards.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, maintaining a sterile and safe environment for both clients and staff.
Product Knowledge & Sales:
Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and products.
Recommend and sell professional nail care products to clients, achieving sales targets when applicable.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of supplies, ensuring necessary products are stocked.

Qualifications:
Established clients base.
Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
Valid Nail Technician certification and/or licensure in Florida.
Knowledge of current nail care trends, techniques, and products.
Strong attention to detail and artistic ability for nail design.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and time management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
