We are a boutique salon in Boca Raton Florida, dedicated to celebrating and caring for natural hair textures: curls, coils, and waves. We are passionate about helping clients look and feel their best while enhancing their natural beauty. As a small salon, we focus on quality over quantity and maintaining a positive, supportive culture where creativity and individuality thrive.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Licensed Hair Stylist who's experienced in working with natural hair textures - or a stylist who's eager to learn and grow in this field. We have a chair rental opportunity for a professional who is motivated to build or expand their clientele in a welcoming community-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Licensed Cosmetologist in the State of Florida
- Experienced with curly, coily, and wavy textures ( cutting, styling, color, etc)
- At least 2 years experience as a hair assistant
- At least 3 years experience in hair cutting, coloring, styling, etc.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and client education
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized station
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.
- Advanced certifications are preferred
- Full Time Position
