Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hair styling and grooming services to clients
- Perform barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
management
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Demonstrate proficiency in retail math for product sales
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in hair styling, barbering, and makeup application
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of straight razor techniques
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
