Job Title: Personal Trainer (Adults)
Location: Boca Raton, FL
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to work with adults at our Boca Raton facility. This role is designed to give parents of TBT athletes the opportunity to train while their kids are participating in baseball activities. It’s a unique chance to grow your own client base while supporting the TBT mission.
Compensation Structure:
80/20 split – Trainer keeps 80% of revenue, 20% goes back to TBT.
No rent charge – Only revenue share applies
Built-in access to TBT parents and community for client opportunities
Responsibilities:
Provide personal training sessions for adults of all fitness levels
Create customized workout programs to meet client goals
Promote and sell training packages directly to TBT parents and community members
Encourage a supportive, motivating, and professional training environment
Coordinate scheduling and client communications independently
Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to market and grow a client base
Passion for fitness and community involvement
