Expectations and job description:
Self motivated, happy disposition, strong work ethic and responsible this morning position is a very important role as you set the pace for the day. Opening the retreat including making sure all rooms are set, saunas and plunge tub are ready for members and over all appearance of the retreat making sure a serene, peaceful atmosphere is achieved. Appointments are not a major role although you will be trained on phone and booking. Knowledge of everything we offer is a must, and you will have a chance to speak with practitioners and experience some of the services and experiences we offer. You will be assisting members upon arrival and during their time with us making sure they have everything they need, offering a traditional sauna aufguss (infusion of water with special oils onto the hot stones to create steam), etc. Along with other retreat responsibilities. Arrival time in the morning should be 545-6 AM so you are ready to open the doors at 7 AM for members. You will be trained, but you need to be a great fit as an understanding of what we do and why is very important. We are looking for someone who sees this position as long-term work.
