Miami’s go to waxing salon is seeking a skilled and passionate Waxing Specialist / Esthetician to join our team. As a Waxing Specialist / Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments to clients, helping them enhance their natural beauty and improve their overall well-being. If you have a passion for skincare and beauty, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to help others feel confident and beautiful, we would love to hear from you.
```Duties```
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facial and full body waxing, and treatments, for both Male & Female clientele.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate products and treatments
- Perform retail sales of skincare products and beauty accessories
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all sanitation guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with each visit
- Assist with other salon duties as needed
```Qualifications```
- Valid esthetician license in the state of Florida
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations based on individual client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Compensation: 25% commission paid bi-weekly + direct to you daily cash / Zelle, etc. tips
