We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installer to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for precision and an eye for detail, coupled with expertise in installing roller shades and drapery, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
1. Installation Expertise: Execute flawless installations of roller shades and drapery according to client specifications.
2. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of roller shade and drapery products, ensuring accurate and efficient installations.
3. Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients to understand their installation requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges encountered during the installation process.
5. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control to deliver a finished product that exceeds customer expectations.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience in installing roller shades and drapery, with a minimum of [2] years in the field. (Do not apply if you don't have previous installations experience)
2. Skills: Proficient in measuring, cutting, and installing a variety of roller shade and drapery systems. (Must be familiar with Somfy, Rollease, Hunter Douglas and outdoor screen shades programming)
3. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precise and accurate installations.
4. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
5. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve installation challenges on the spot.
6. Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet installation deadlines without compromising quality.

7. Transportation: Ultimate Shades and Blinds will provide a working vehicle; covering gas and parking expences.
8. The installer must live in Miami Dade area and has to commute to the factory every day.
NOTE: we provide vehicle expenses, requisite: in Miami area. 900 per week . proven experience of window treatment's installation (shades & blinds) min 2 years, do not call if you don't have experience, wall paper installation its a plus. please first send the resume via email , and then we contact you.
