High-end custom cabinet shop seeking a skilled, hands on, high-performance individual to manage a busy mill department with 4-6 employees.
Must be able to read plans and create cut lists for machining solid wood parts and moldings. Ability to make five-piece stile & rail cabinet doors and wall panels is a must.
Knowledge of materials, and fabrication/joinery techniques required. Experience with machinery including shapers, molders, jointers, planers and sliding saws is required.
A solutions-oriented problem solver, who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty, will be the best fit for this millwork position.
Must have current & valid driver’s license.
