Converged Telephony Networks is hiring an entry-level VoIP Technician to join our Fort Lauderdale office. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on technical support for business phone systems.
We manage thousands of phone systems and hosted phones. You’ll work under our Senior Technician to troubleshoot customer issues, configure devices (mainly Grandstream), and support our cloud-based VoIP platform.
What You'll Do:
Provide technical support by phone and email
Troubleshoot VoIP and network-related issues
Configure and provision Grandstream phones
Use cloud tools (like GDMS) to manage devices
Document work clearly and accurately
Requirements:
Basic networking knowledge (IP, DHCP, NAT, etc.)
Experience with VoIP systems (preferred)
Familiarity with Grandstream products (a plus)
Strong computer and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork
