We’re looking for a reliable AV helper to assist with our weekly live real estate investing training sessions in Miami.
This is a light-duty role — all equipment will already be set up. You’ll simply make sure everything runs smoothly during the session. Perfect for someone with basic AV experience who wants a consistent, easy weekend gig.
What You’ll Do
· Arrive Saturday mornings to power on and verify all AV equipment is working
· Ensure Zoom webinar connection is live and functioning properly
· Monitor audio/video quality during the session
· Troubleshoot small technical issues if they arise
· Shut down and secure all equipment after the session
Equipment You’ll Be Working With
· Zoom webinar platform
· Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2
· Display monitors and interactive screen/whiteboard setup
Ideal Candidate
· Basic experience with AV systems, livestreaming, or video production
· Comfortable using Zoom and camera setups
· Dependable and punctual (sessions start on time every week)
· Calm under pressure and good at problem-solving
Compensation
· Hourly pay: Based on experience
· Approximately 3 hours every Saturday morning
