I'm writing a book about climate change with a section on flooding and I need photos of king tide flooding in Miami Beach. I want interested parties to submit a bid of how much they will charge me for about 50 pictures of king tide flooding In the areas described below.
On November 6th 2025 (This coming Thursday) the morning king high tide will occur at 8:20 am. The best photograph opportunities will be roughly plus and minus 35 minutes from 8:20 am. So from about 7:45 am to about 8:55 am.
The best places will be:
All along North Bay Road north of the Julia Tuttle Causeway (Rt 195) from 44th Street to 63rd Street.
An excellent place will be along the short Bonita Drive just west of the intersection of Indian Creek Drive and Route 934.
Another good place will be the intersections of 10th Street with Alton Drive, Alton Court and West Avenue and between West Avenue and the water.
If the photographer sees any other good examples of flooding they are encouraged to take photos.
Enclosed are a couple of example pictures and maps.
Must have a good quality digital camera and be reliable.
A brief reconnaissance trip before November 6th is encouraged.

I will also need a brief dated and signed contract showing the fee, describing what I'm buying and giving me non-exclusive rights to publish the photos to prove to the publisher that I am not committing copyright infringement. You will be free to give or sell the photos to anyone. I don't need exclusive rights.
