We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled and motivated Appliance Repair Technician to join us in delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washing machines, and dryers.
2. Perform preventive maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal functionality.
3. Efficiently troubleshoot and identify issues with appliances using diagnostic tools and equipment.
4. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair options, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
5. Order and install replacement parts as needed, and maintain accurate records of repairs and replacements.
6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and manufacturer specifications.
7. Work independently or as part of a team to complete service calls and meet repair deadlines.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and work area.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician.
2. Strong technical and mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various appliances.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
6. Ability to lift and move heavy appliances as needed.
7. Familiarity with a variety of appliance brands and models.
8. Certification or training in appliance repair is a plus.
