We’re seeking an experienced Shop Manager to oversee the operations of our Boca Raton location. This role is responsible for managing workflow, coordinating customer service, and ensuring the shop runs efficiently day-to-day. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in auto repair, proven management experience, and the ability to balance customer needs with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily shop operations, including workflow and staffing.
Supervise and support technicians and service staff.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service needs.
Monitor inventory levels and order parts and supplies as needed.
Coordinate and schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Ensure shop equipment is properly maintained and in safe working order.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
Qualifications
Strong technical background in automotive repair.
Knowledge of both foreign and domestic vehicles.
Previous experience managing a team of technicians.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
