Bilingual Dispatcher/Service Coordinator position available at HVAC company based in Miami, FL.
Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We’re looking for a dedicated Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing HVAC team! The position is fulltime and must be available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
Job Description: As a Dispatcher, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling and dispatching of our skilled HVAC technicians. You’ll interact with customers, technicians, and vendors, playing a vital role in delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service appointments for HVAC technicians
Dispatch technicians to jobs based on location, expertise, and urgency
Track and update service orders, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date
Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and addressing customer inquiries
Maintain communication with technicians during job execution
Monitor and ensure service completion and follow-up
What We’re Looking For:
Previous dispatching experience (preferred, but not required)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic office tools (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Knowledge of HVAC systems or willingness to learn (preferred but not mandatory)
Bilingual preferred (Spanish speaking)
