As an Auto Body Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations. You'll work closely with technicians and estimators to ensure high-quality outcomes on every repair.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and taping.
Mix and match paint to ensure a perfect color match.
Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment in a controlled booth environment.
Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make any necessary touch-ups.
Maintain painting equipment and ensure the spray booth is clean and safe.
Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an auto body painter or similar role in a body shop.
Proficient in mixing and matching automotive paints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Familiarity with safety procedures and hazardous material handling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
I-CAR certification or similar credentials is a plus.
Valid driver’s license.
