What You'll Do:
Use your cabinet-making and installation experience to help customers find the right hinges, slides, and organizers.
Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and chat to both professionals and DIYers.
Troubleshoot product compatibility and installation questions.
Work in a collaborative environment where your industry knowledge is valued.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in cabinet making, installation, or woodworking.
Knowledge of functional cabinet hardware (Blum, Rev-A-Shelf, Grass, Hafele, Accuride, KV).
Strong communication skills and a willingness to share expertise.
Comfortable using a computer to look up products and assist customers.
Pay & Benefits:
