Position Overview: We seek an experienced Closet and Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating custom closets and cabinets. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a passion for creating high-quality products that meet our clients' exact specifications. Must be comfortable and skilled with table saws, chop saws, edge banders, drill presses, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Build custom closets, cabinets, and storage solutions based on client specifications and company standards.

Read and interpret technical drawings, design plans, and cut lists.

Select and prepare materials, including melamine and hardware, for construction.

Operate woodworking machinery and tools to cut, shape, and assemble components.

Ensure all products are constructed to meet quality and safety standards.

Work closely with designers and clients to refine and finalize designs.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during fabrication or installation.

REQUIRED Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Closet and Cabinet builder

Proficiency with table saws, edge banders and industrial staple guns

Strong understanding of closet building techniques and materials.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

RELIABLE transportation

Experience in custom closet fabrication and installation.

Knowledge of the latest trends in closet and cabinetry design.
