Superintendent – On-Site Project Management

FSL General Contractors is seeking a motivated and reliable Superintendent to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring our projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. If you are organized, hands-on, and have experience in construction, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Hauling Dump Trailers: Transport dump trailers to and from job sites (No CDL required).
Material Ordering: Coordinate with suppliers to order additional materials as needed.
On-Site Project Management: Oversee and manage construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Documentation & Photography: Document daily progress with written reports and photographs.
Inspector Coordination: Meet with building inspectors to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
Site Clean-Up: Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized.
Warehouse Management: Manage tools, equipment, and inventory at the company warehouse.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience in construction or project management is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lift and transport materials as needed.
Familiarity with basic construction tools and techniques.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
