Ability to work on small equipment Trailers
Able to determine equipment condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts.
Keeps equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules; installing component and part upgrades; and general maintenance of trailers.
Corrects equipment deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling and disassembling
Verifies equipment performance by conducting tests; adjusting controls and systems.
Maintains equipment appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
Maintain equipment records by annotating services and repairs.
Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. evaluating service and parts options.
Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Trailer mechanical repair experience a plus
Electrical and welding experience a plus
2-4 years of preventative maintenance of trailers a plus
Battery charging and testing experience a plus

Requirements
Valid driver's license required, will require passing MVR and controlled substance test, may require background and criminal record check. Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
Repeated physical effort including driving for several hours per day or several hours at a time, standing and walking for extended periods of time (more than several hours), loading and unloading equipment into and out of company vehicles, walking on varying ground surfaces and frequently lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
Working from elevated platforms, ladders or truck beds
Operating hand/power tools, manual dexterity to operate keyboards and smart phones, physical agility to use arms, legs and hands repetitively
